The Administrative Assistant will serve as a pivotal support professional, providing high-level administrative coordination for a major client of Gurus HR in Liberia. This multifaceted role encompasses managing complex schedules for drivers, overseeing visa processing and proactively planning staff leave in collaboration with supervisors. The position also requires meticulous management of fuel and vehicle maintenance and seamless arrangement of accommodations for guests.
Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will play a key role in Event Management and Planning, including coordinating and organizing corporate events and outreach activities, assisting with marketing campaigns, and developing and managing a comprehensive database of contacts across public and private organizations.
In the area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Communications, the role involves assisting senior management with reviewing and editing routine correspondences and supporting the implementation of CSR initiatives and programs.
