Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will serve as a pivotal support professional, providing high-level administrative coordination for a major client of Gurus HR in Liberia. This multifaceted role encompasses managing complex schedules for drivers, overseeing visa processing and proactively planning staff leave in collaboration with supervisors. The position also requires meticulous management of fuel and vehicle maintenance and seamless arrangement of accommodations for guests.
Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will play a key role in Event Management and Planning, including coordinating and organizing corporate events and outreach activities, assisting with marketing campaigns, and developing and managing a comprehensive database of contacts across public and private organizations.
In the area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Communications, the role involves assisting senior management with reviewing and editing routine correspondences and supporting the implementation of CSR initiatives and programs.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring operational excellence and contributing to the broader success of organizational goals in a dynamic environment.

Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.
Schedule Management:
- Create and manage schedules for drivers to ensure efficient transportation services.
- Coordinate daily and long-term travel arrangements.
Visa and Travel Coordination:
- Process visa applications for staff and guests.
- Book accommodations for visiting guests and coordinate travel logistics.
Event Management and Planning
- Coordinate and plan corporate events and outreach activities.
CRS:
Assist with marketing campaigns
Develop and Manage a database of contacts in public and private organizations
Assist Senior Management is reviewing and editing routine correspondences.
Assist Management in the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives and programs..
Staff Coordination:
- Assist in planning staff leave schedules in collaboration with supervisors and staff.
- Ensure timely communication of leave plans and maintain updated leave records.
