Responsibilities
Operations
¨ Ensure compliance with FABL’s Corporate Credit Policy.
¨ Determine credit ceilings and set credit-rating criteria.
¨ Monitor the Credit portfolio for trends and warning signs.
¨ Ensure that all Terms and Conditions for approval are met.
¨ Advice on outstanding issues.
¨ Initiate legal or other recovery actions against customers who are delinquent.
¨ Ensure portfolio management; prepare periodic report on portfolio as required.
¨ Ensure disbursements follow procedures.
¨ Supervise activities of team members and provide coaching, mentoring and training as appropriate.
¨ Monitor/manage performance of subordinates against pre-assigned goals.
¨ Prepare periodic management reports detailing performance of team.
¨ Carry out other duties as assigned .
