Responsibilities
Operations
¨ Ensure credits have been disbursed by approval.
¨ Monitor and report the account’s activity once the loan has been disbursed to the customer’s account.
¨ Check instruments with Terms & Conditions on approvals.
¨ Review and monitor credit facility performance to confirm adherence to credit schedule of interest and principle repayment.
¨ Ensure to use the automation tools for MIS reporting to avoid manual and procedural error.
¨ Provide training on MIS reporting to their team member or other business stakeholders.
¨ Prepare audits to show that facilities have been booked according to approval.
¨ Supervise activities of team members and provide coaching, mentoring and training as appropriate.
¨ Monitor/manage performance of subordinates against pre-assigned goals.
¨ Prepare periodic management reports detailing performance of team.
Carry out other duties as assigned.
