¨ Review of End of Day (EOD), End of Month (EOM) and End of Year (EOY) processes, activities, error logs and their resolutions;
¨ Review of Data Backup processes, Backup to Tapes, Movement of tapes to offsite locations, Retrieval of tapes, Testing of data on tapes and their restoration processes;
¨ Database Management, Capacity, Performance, Backup, Replication, Backend Updates and Audit Trail Reviews;
¨ Database Consistency and Integrity reviews;
¨ Investigation of System and E-Banking related fraudulent activities;
¨ Investigation of System and E-Banking related customer complaints and service failures;
¨ Income Assurance of all systems generated income lines reviews;
¨ IT Change and Configuration Management reviews;
¨ IT Asset Management and Inventory reviews;
¨ Physical Access and Environmental Control review of Data Center, Disaster Recovery Site, Branch Server and ATM Rooms;
¨ IT and Ebanking Support Incidence Management review;
¨ Server Capacity, Performance, Backups and Event logs Reviews;
¨ Network devices management, capacity, performance, backup, availability report, Internet Usage, and End of life Reviews;
E-Banking Channels (i.e. ATMs, POSes, Cards, Flexipay), Management, Performance, Availability, User and Customer Support, Incidence Management, etc. Reviews
¨ Review of Server, ATM and Application logs on the Log management system
