Main Responsibilities
• Provide robust financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Prepare scenario-based analysis and reports with recommendations for management strategy.
• Partner with Heads of Department (HoDs) in preparing and presenting budgets and forecasts for operating costs and capital expenditure.
• Guide business performance through budget control (variance analysis) and other financial decisions.
• Support Accounting and Finance in month-end closing and reporting processes.
• Update FSLB’s operational expense files and financial model; prepare consolidated financials (MR) for corporate reporting.
• Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• High attention to detail.
• Additional qualifications/certificates in related fields will be considered an asset.
