Job Summary

o manage all logistical services, including provision of insurance
and monitoring inventory of assets for the bank so that all
resources are matched to bank priorities, activities comply with
government requirements, and demands on bank resources are
coordinated to protect the bank.

Job Description

Responsibility 


Responsible for all building and facilities related issues, including spatial planning, maintenance of the banks premises and public relations with lease providers and local authorities on facilities related matters.


Manage channel expansion by identifying strategic locations for setting up new branches for FABL, Liberia  and ensure that the expansion goals are duly met.


Ensure standardised designs that incorporate the look and feel of FABL’s refreshingly different purple experience and the bank’s theme are strictly adhered to.


Ensure seamless and timely procurement of all required service and supply contracts applicable and supervise vendors/ suppliers


Constantly monitor procurement activities, controlling and supervising budget execution and associated risks.


Obtain a database of all vendors and facilitate periodic appraisal sessions for all vendors/suppliers.


Oversee the banks procurement, security, travel, transport and  archiving policies as well as document and inventory management processes.


Providing travel, transport and conference services for the bank and ensuring a safe working environment.


Ensure the physical security of the premises, the staff and visitors/clients by providing adequate facilities and safety provisions including fire safety and rescue, first aid and emergency support.


Develop and implement a sustainable facilities management model for the bank. 


 Key liaison between the Liberia office and Group office on all shared services related matters 


Work closely with other Groups/Units and provide for their admin resource needs for effective operation through the store administration of Inventory Management. 


Ensure that the branches and service shops facilities and tools of trade are appropriately managed to support quick service deliveries.


Initiate, design and review functional process flows in line with the  transaction dynamics and needs of the bank.


Ensure quality records and prompt submission of internal and regulatory periodic reports for corporate services.

Job Specifications


 A University degree in any relevant discipline. – Post-graduate or professional qualification is an advantage. – Minimum of 7 years working experience with at least 2 years in


supervisory level, within the Banking industry.
