Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Always Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area (Daily hygiene checklist must be completed and signed).
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints (90% customer satisfaction per feedback surveys).
- Monitor bar stock and submit replenishment requests in advance (no stockout of key items during shifts).
- Manage cash, issue receipts, and reconcile sales with POS at end of shift (100% cash balance accuracy).
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol by verifying customer age and managing consumption limits.
- Report incidents (e.g., customer misconduct, spills, breakages) immediately to the supervisor.
- Support events, game nights, and special promotions hosted .
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- 90% customer satisfaction rating
- 100% compliance with hygiene and alcohol service regulations
- Zero cash handling discrepancies per shift
- Minimum 10% upselling of premium beverages monthly
