Role Overview:
The Sales & Distribution Officer will be responsible for expanding Bpay's customer base by identifying new business opportunities, managing agent networks, and increasing market penetration for financial services. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with experience in fintech, banking, or telecommunications.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Market Expansion:
o Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of remittance,
payment, and foreign exchange services.
o Identify and onboard new customers, agents, and business
partners.
o Develop sales strategies for remittance, foreign exchange, and
digital payment services.
o Build and manage a nationwide network of agents and partners.
o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
o Provide training and support to agents for improved service
delivery.


2. Agent & Partner Management:
o Build and maintain a strong agent network for service delivery.
o Provide training and support to ensure compliance and high
performance.


3. Customer Acquisition & Retention:


o Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to
drive customer engagement.
o Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.
4. Performance Monitoring:
o Track sales performance and market trends to optimize business
strategies.
o Provide reports and recommendations based on market insights.
5. Compliance & Relationship Management:
o Ensure agents and partners adhere to regulatory and  operationalguidelines.
o Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand
reputation.
