Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:

2. Order & Table Management:
Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service.
Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests.
3. Cash Handling & Billing:
Process customer payments using cash or electronic methods.
Issue receipts and handle billing inquiries.
4. Hygiene & Cleanliness:
Keep dining areas clean and organized.
Follow food safety and health regulations.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with kitchen staff and other waitstaff.
Assist colleagues during busy shifts.
