The Director of Operations (DOO), Firestone Liberia (FSLB), will oversee the company’s supply chain
operations including planning, agronomy, rubber purchase, manufacturing, technical services and
logistics. Reporting to the General Manager, the DOO will be a key member of FSLB’s leadership
team, contributing to the company’s strategic direction and performance.
The DOO will lead 4 key initiatives: 1) ensuring FSLB is ‘future fit’ in terms of optimizing rubber
production and purchasing, with manufacturing capacity; 2) identifying, training, and deploying
talent; 3) implementing digital solutions to improve workflows and efficiencies, and 4) ensuring FSLB
is an industry leader in sustainability.

Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years’ experience in a progressive agribusiness career, covering
agronomy, purchasing, and manufacturing operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience in agricultural estates’ management at
Director level. Proven leadership and project management skills. Experience in managing P&L’s,
smallholder out-grower programs and implementing sustainability programs.
